The Foreign Complex offers many benefits to foreign-invested companies to ensure smooth business process. Now more companies can take advantage of Daedeok Innopolis.
Daedeok Innopolis is building a Foreign Complex that gives foreign-invested companies ready access to the R&D cluster
that has been developed over the past 35 years. The new estate covers an area of about 150,000m² with available leasing on lots.
The highest priority for lot allocation is given to companies working in biotech, parts and materials, and other advanced technology areas.
The Complex will be officially designated as a Foreign Investment Zone in the second half of 2010, providing legal authority for occupancy to be established.
