Supporting infrastructures
All the functions needed for business success are available on-site
at the Daedeok Innopolis Business Hub Center and Technology Convergence Center.
The Business Hub Center will be completed in October 2009 to provide one-stop support services for companies that commercialize technology.
These services include advice on legal issues, accounting, taxation, patents and financing for technology commercialization.
The facility will include office space for knowledge-based venture startups and act as a communication hub linking the corporate, academy and research communities.
Furthermore, a liaison office for overseas research institutions will be established to function completely as a global business center.
The Technology Convergence Center is scheduled to be completed inside Daedeok Innopolis by 2010, providing a vertically integrated operation
from research and development to commercial manufacture. Convergence technologies are generated through the R&D process and the center
will support their commercialization. Support for R&D production and marketing will be available for multifunctional parts, embedded
software and next-generation IT convergence.
