Woosong Art Center
The center is equipped with 1, 300 chairs for audience which are located to 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor
respectively and also with the largest stage space in Middle Region and multi-purposed cutting edge audio
and illumination system to contribute to art education for university students and culture of local
society and to lead Daejeon to the center of culture and art. With these facilities, it will show
various art performances ranging from enthusiastic concerts of popular singers to movies, circus,
magic., musical, dancing and music concerts.
CMB Expo Art Hall
This is the best performance art hall for satisfying both performance planner and audience by
showing its best quality with cutting edge equipments and services for world class operas, musical,
huge scaled concert and even seminar, fairs and private exhibitions. Its total area is 1,721 Pyeong
with 2 floors on the ground and 2 floors on basements equipping with 1,105 chairs for audience.
Daejeon culture & art center
This center is most prominent performance center in Middle Region which has attracted world class
performance such as New York Philharmonic and Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo. In addition, this center
has been attempting to acquire its identity to escape from Seoul-centric cultures in a way that it
held spring festivals for local artists and produced plays of Shakespeare by itself. It facilities
include 1,546 chairs for audience and feet accommodating 120 members of orchestra , which makes this
center large-scaled art center, and it has enough space to accommodate specialized performance functions.
Daejeon Yeonjeong Korean Music and Cultural Center
Daejeon Yeonjeong Korean Music and Cultural Center was constructed in 2005 and it is a cradle of Daejeon culture and arts. The center has a seating capacity of 827 and houses a large theater, a small theater and an exhibition hall. The center plays a very important role in traditional arts performances, plays and exhibitions. The Korean music learning courses offered by the center are beneficial to all people interested in traditional Korean arts.

Star 6 Time World is located in Dunsan-Dong at the Galleria-Time World Building on the 7 and 8th floors.
Get off at the Subway station 112, then take the E-MART store exit and walk past it straight for about 5-10 minutes until you see Galleria-Time World.
Primus Cinema
It is located in Manyeon-Dong in the Stargate building on the 12 and 13th floors. On Subway station 112, take the exit #3 and walk straight to the crosswalk, then turn left and go straight 400 meters. Then you can see the building on your right hand side. Its directly across from the Cross-Country Bus Ticket Office
Daejeon Art Cinema
The Daejeon Art Cinema is located close to Daejeon Station in Mannyeon-Dong between a jewlery shop and the Daehoon Book Center on the 2th floor [while its easy to miss, it is there. Look for the movies posters in a display case at street level]. In addition to showing a range of independent and less mainstream Korean and international films, it has a cafe and a gallery in which patrons can wile away the time while waitinf for the film to start. With 5 showing times evert day [12:30, 14:30, 16:30, 18:30 & 20:30] the Daejeon is an essential place for people who love cinema in Daejeon and are tired of the fair offered in the bigger multiplexes.
Cinewe Theatre
Located in Yuseong-Gu not far away from the World Cup Stadium, Cinewe Cinema is located on the northeastern edge of the city. With a seating capacity of 993, the cinema is located in a newer residential area and is surrounded by some interesting places to eat.
MCV Academy
MCV Academy, 50 meters from Daejeon Railway Station, is the biggest of all the multiplexes in Daejeon. The Muliplex has a sitting capacity of one thousand two hundred and thirty five screens. One can also call up at 042- 242-1178 , and get the tickets booked. The place is mostly crowded in the weekends.
CGV Academy
CGV Academy is loacated in Oryu-Dong at the Say Department Store on the 6 and 7th floors. Said by many to be the best theater in the city, the multiplex has the largest seating capacity in the city and can accommodate at least two thousand and forty people at a time.
Cinus
Part of the Cinus Cinema chain, Rodeo World, is on the fifth floor of the Rodeo Town Department Store Building which is located 200 meters from Daejeon Railway Station.
