About the Innopolis Daedeok singers

the Innopolis Daedeok singers was established in June 1985 inside research complex which is the mecca of Korea´s science and technology by young scientists who like music and chorus and the main members are composed of researchers of Daedeok research complex and their family members. We perform a regular
concert every year as well as more than 10 performances a year such as
appearing in <Harmony with the citizens> < Daedeok R&D area Year-end concert>
etc. In addition, by doing special performances in a variety of science and
technology events, we are soaring prestige of the scientific culture promotion delegation. In 2008, we had the opportunity to announce a peaceful image of
Korean scientists to representatives around the world by holding a concert in UN Building in Vienna, Austria and won a
silver medal in World Choir Game in Graz, Austria. Especially in 2009, we planned ´A music shuttle toward space 2009´ which attempted to a combination of science and music and premiered in conjunction with <Korea Science Festival> and the performance was successful because it turned out to be an opportunity that youth and the public feel more familiar and interesting to science. It will be held again in the National Science Museum this coming October. the Innopolis Daedeok singers is walking a way of the scientific culture promotion delegation which gives the beautiful dream of the future to our adolescents, great impression to audience, large energy to scientist and technicians and great joy to choir members.
